Use the form on blockstream.com/local to sign up for the Blockstream Local initiative.

  1. Register: Sign up your Bitcoin meetup on the Blockstream Local site.
  2. Prepare Workshop: We’ll email you the Bitcoin 101 slide deck. Plan a session to walk through it live.
  3. Announce Publicly: Post the date, time, location, and a BTC address on X or Nostr and tag Blockstream. This keeps meetups accountable.
  4. Follow Up: DM us to confirm we’ve seen your announcement and to share your Bitcoin address for the funds.
  5. Share Results: Post photos, quotes, or highlights from the session and we’ll amplify it.
  6. Next Round: After your first session, you’re eligible to receive hardware wallets for demonstrations.
